"I came in earlier today (Sunday 7/10) between 1 and 1:30 or so. Got some really nice steaks and some GREAT advice from the guy behind the counter that we purchased the steaks from He was super nice, gave my wife and I a great tip on cooking it. I apologize, I do not remember his name [Brian], said he was a chef though. We’ve been there a number of times, and will continue to come back. I tip my hat to the gentlemen that helped us and wanted to pass along a job “well done”
