Brian Nassif is a chef and food service professional with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. He began cooking for his family at a young age where he realized his passion for food.

He then went on to study under executive chefs, Jim Casey and James Gallant where he perfected his skills in the culinary field. Brian has worked as an executive chef at Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire restaurants and also has been an operations director at a high end food production facility.

In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing music and being with his wife and two sons. He is excited to bring his knowledge, experience and passion for food to the Flying Butcher family.
