Owner, General Manager

Craig Muccini brings over 20 years of hospitality and food industry experience to the Flying Butcher. As General Manager, he oversees team of 25. In addition, he is responsible for local marketing, day to day operations and brand development.

Prior to joining the Flying Butcher, Craig graduated with honors from Johnson and Wales University. Following graduation, he became banquet manager at Ipswich Country Club. He spent almost a decade as owner and executive chef of award-winning Italian Bistro, Mangia Mangia. Craig continued to explore his passion for food as a private chef with Today's Caterers before transitioning to the meat and grocery industry.

Craig is an avid fisherman and in his spare time, enjoys cooking for family and friends.
