Ingredients

Chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons
Frenched Rack Of Lamb (we will be happy to do it for you)
1 Count
Olive oil
3 Tablespoons
Rosemary
1 Teaspoon
Thyme
2 Teaspoons

Preheat oven to 400°

Coat the rack of lamb with the wet rub (olive oil, thyme, rosemary and chopped garlic). Sprinkle some kosher salt and black pepper over the top and place in a roasting pan fat side up. If you are cooking more than one rack you can stand them up by interlocking the bones.

Bake at 400° for the first 10 minutes. This will help to create a nice crust.

Reduce the oven to 300° and continue to cook for 10 to 20 minutes.

Use an internal thermometer to reach desired temperature (120° for rare, 130° for medium rare).

Be sure to let the lamb rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
